One kick-off call to understand your vision, then you share assets via cloud folder. We set up your dedicated Trello board and get to work. Communication happens through timestamped video comments and your dedicated project board; no endless meetings.
What's your turnaround time?
We don’t use fixed turnaround times because different videos require different levels of planning, collaboration, and refinement. Simple edits can move quickly. More complex projects like product explainers or animation-heavy videos often involve pre-production steps such as scripting, storyboarding, and design frames before production begins. We work on one project at a time to maintain quality and clarity. Once scope is aligned, we set expectations up front so there are no surprises.
How do revisions work?
Unlimited revisions until it's perfect. We use timestamped video comments for precision feedback. New versions are typically delivered one business day after receiving your comments. Complex revisions requiring major rework may take longer.
