From there, we'll make revisions to match your vision.

For videos under 1 minute, our typical turnaround is 2-3 business days for the first draft. Revisions are usually completed the next business day after receiving your feedback, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality.

Turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the project. If additional time is required, we will inform you ahead of time.

Your satisfaction is our priority! We offer unlimited revisions until the video meets your expectations. Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds, but we'll work with you until the video is just right.
