This keeps things moving efficiently, without sacrificing our availability for any questions or clarifications. If needed, we’re always open to scheduling a follow-up meeting.

Start your video project by submitting a creative brief on our Trello board, outlining your vision. Multiple team members can join the board to share feedback, ensuring collaboration every step of the way. Once we have the first cut, we'll send you a link to review and provide timestamped comments. From there, we'll make revisions to match your vision.

For videos under 1 minute, our typical turnaround is 2-3 business days for the first draft. Revisions are usually completed the next business day after receiving your feedback, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality.

Turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the project. If additional time is required, we will inform you ahead of time.

Your satisfaction is our priority! We offer unlimited revisions until the video meets your expectations. Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds, but we'll work with you until the video is just right.

Upon completion, you will own the final video, but we reserve the right to use it for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Yes, you can pause or cancel your plan anytime. Pausing halts your video work but preserves your place, while cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
