Why No Ongoing Meetings? Getting that first draft to you quickly is our priority. Seeing a draft helps you visualize the final product and guides us in perfecting your vision.
How Do We Communicate? After our initial meeting, we use your dedicated Trello board, email, and video comments for communication. This keeps things moving efficiently, without sacrificing our availability for any questions or clarifications. If needed, we’re always open to scheduling a follow-up meeting.
Getting your video project underway is as simple as creating a new card on your dedicated Trello board! Start by crafting a detailed creative brief that outlines your vision for the video – the theme, message, style, any specific scenes you want to highlight, the desired aspect ratio, and so on. If you’re not sure exactly what you want, don’t worry – we can handle it and provide you with a starting point to iterate from.
Absolutely! We’re all for collaboration. Video editing can be a team effort, and that's why we can add multiple members from your team to the dedicated Trello board. This way, everyone can share their thoughts, feedback, and ideas to ensure the final video is exactly what you envisioned.
Turnaround times vary based on the project's complexity and video length. For videos under 1 minute, it's typically a 2-3 business day turnaround for the first draft. For longer projects, we aim to provide tangible updates every couple of days to keep you informed and involved.
As soon as the first cut of your video is ready, we'll notify you with a link on your dedicated Trello board. This allows you to review the draft, jot down your thoughts, and share timestamped comments for our refinements. Once you mark it 'Reviewed', we'll jump back into the editing suite to fine-tune your video based on your feedback!
We prioritize delivering high-quality revisions and ensuring that every client's needs are met in a timely manner. To maintain this standard across all projects, revisions are typically completed by the next business day after receiving feedback. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time and attention to each project without compromising the quality of our work or the service provided to other clients.
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If the final video isn't quite hitting the mark, don't worry – that's what our revision rounds are for. We'll keep tweaking and perfecting until your vision shines through.
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you'll be able to use our service until then.
If you decide to pause your account midway through a billing cycle, this action halts all your video work and suspends your subscription. However, the remaining time in your cycle will be saved for your use upon return, and your original sign-up price is preserved.
You can pause your subscription for up to 2 months (60 days) within a calendar year, as we count months in 30-day cycles. If you pause for longer than this period, your subscription will be cancelled.
To reactivate, you'll be subject to the current pricing at the time of reactivation.For example, if you signed up on June 1st and paused your account on June 15th, you would have 15 days' worth of service banked.
When you reactivate and make another request, this saved time will be applied. Billing would then resume 15 days after the request. With the pause you just took, you would have 45 days of pause time left for the rest of the calendar year.

However, due to the nature of our work and the resources invested in creating your videos, we don't offer refunds. We encourage you to take full advantage of the revision process to ensure your video meets your expectations.
