How Do We Communicate? After our initial meeting, we use your dedicated Trello board, email, and video comments for communication. This keeps things moving efficiently, without sacrificing our availability for any questions or clarifications. If needed, we’re always open to scheduling a follow-up meeting.
We move quickly but never at the cost of quality.For most videos, here’s what you can expect:
Simple edits (like UGC, talking head, or social clips): 1-3 days
Standard videos (under 60 seconds with light motion): 2-4 days
Complex edits (like full animation, heavy motion graphics, or high-polish promos): up to 1 week

Start your video project by submitting a creative brief on our Trello board, outlining your vision. Multiple team members can join the board to share feedback, ensuring collaboration every step of the way. Once we have the first cut, we'll send you a link to review and provide timestamped comments. From there, we'll make revisions to match your vision.
We offer unlimited revisions until the video meets your expectations. Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds, but we'll work with you until the video is just right.
Upon completion, you will own the final video, but we reserve the right to use it for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Yes, you can do either at any time:
Pause your plan if you need to take a short break. We’ll hit pause on all video work and billing, but you’ll keep your locked-in rate and your place in the queue. You can resume anytime within 60 days. After that, it’ll be treated as a cancellation and your rate may go up.
Cancel to fully end your plan at the end of your billing cycle. You’ll lose your locked-in rate and will need to re-subscribe at the current pricing if you come back.
