What kind of videos can VAAS create?
VAAS handles editing, motion design, product demos, social clips, explainers, product animation, and campaign assets. Most work starts from existing footage, screen recordings, product visuals, interviews, webinars, or brand assets. We can also support shoots when a project needs original footage.
How does the monthly video partnership work?
You bring us into your video pipeline as a recurring creative partner. After kickoff, we set up your project board, shared asset flow, and communication rhythm. New requests go into the queue, we work through them in priority order, and you always know what is active, what is next, and what we need from your team.
What does "one active project at a time" mean?
Edit and Embedded have one active project at a time. Studio has two active projects at a time.
Why is one active project a good thing?
It keeps the workflow calm and predictable. Instead of splitting attention across five half-finished edits, we move one piece through brief, edit, feedback, revision, and delivery. That makes it easier for your team to review work, give clear feedback, and keep momentum.
How fast is turnaround?
Turnaround depends on the scope. Simple short-form edits usually move faster. Product animations, explainers, launch videos, and motion-heavy pieces take more planning because they may involve scripting, storyboarding, design frames, and animation. We set expectations before work starts and keep you updated as the project moves.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
Because creative work changes with scope, feedback, asset readiness, and revision needs, VAAS does not guarantee exact delivery dates by default. What we do promise is clear communication, realistic expectations, and steady updates so your team is not guessing where a project stands.
How do revisions work?
Subscription clients can revise until the video feels right. We do not cap normal revision rounds just because a project needs polish. The boundary is scope: if feedback turns into a new concept, a new deliverable, a different direction, or work outside the original brief, we will flag it and agree on the next step before adding extra cost or moving it into the queue as a new request.
What happens after the first strategy call?
We talk through your goals, current video pipeline, available assets, audience, and the first piece worth making. From there, we confirm the best starting lane, collect assets, set up the project board, and turn the first video into a clear production brief.
Can you shoot footage too?
Yes, when the project calls for it. Most VAAS work is built around post-production, editing, animation, and campaign assets, but we can support shoots for founder interviews, customer interviews, product footage, events, and brand films.
Can we cancel a monthly subscription?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. If you cancel, access to services and files remains available through the end of the paid term. Payments are non-refundable, and unused subscription periods are not credited.
How does VAAS use AI?
VAAS uses AI-assisted tools and automation under human supervision for planning, briefs, ideation, scheduling, tracking, and production support. Human editors still make the creative decisions and final approvals.
