Is this made with AI?
Yes. We use AI across production, which is how we keep up with teams that ship weekly. What makes the videos good is everything around it: a kit built for your brand, your real product, and an editor who directs and approves every video. You won't see avatars or synthetic voices unless you ask for them.
Can't we just generate these ourselves?
You can, and for one video it's a good option. We use AI too; it's why this costs $1,950 and not the price of a hire. What you're paying for is the part that still takes time: showing your real product accurately, keeping every video in your brand, reviewing each one before your customers see it, and re-recording when your UI changes. Your first month is only charged after you approve your first video, so you can judge it against doing it yourself.
What counts as a release?
One feature or update you ship that's worth showing. Each one gets a feature post (about 20 seconds, for launches and socials) and a help walkthrough (about 40 seconds, for your help center). Your biggest launch each month also gets a product demo.
What do you need from us?
Your brand assets, a demo account with realistic sample data, and your release notes or changelog as you ship. We handle the rest. We can record in a demo or staging workspace, so no production access needed.
How soon do we get our first video?
Your first videos arrive in time for the release you tell us about, usually within two weeks while we build your kit. After that, each release's videos arrive within 2 business days of your release notes.
What if we don't like the first video?
You get a round of changes against the brief we agreed together. If it still isn't right, you don't pay and we part ways.
What if we ship every day?
We cover up to four releases a month, which is a release every week. Smaller fixes don't need their own videos: if they change something on screen, we update the walkthrough it affects. If you routinely ship more than four releases worth showing, we'll suggest a plan that fits.
What happens when our UI changes?
Tell us what changed and we re-record the walkthroughs and demos it affects within 5 business days. Feature posts are announcements of a moment, so they stay as they are.
Can we cancel?
Yes. It's month to month, and your videos are yours to keep.
