Is this made with AI?
Yes. We use AI across production, which is how we keep up with teams that ship weekly. What makes the videos good is everything around it: a kit built for your brand, your real product, and an editor who directs and approves every video.
Can't we just generate these ourselves?
You can. Tools now generate release videos for $40 to a few hundred dollars a month. That works if someone on your team runs it, reviews every video and fixes what it gets wrong. We are for teams who would rather send their release notes and get finished videos back, checked against your real product and kept current. Your first month is charged only after you approve your first video, so you can judge it for yourself.
What counts as a release?
One feature or update you ship that's worth showing. Each one gets a feature post (about 20 seconds, for launches and socials) and a help walkthrough (about 40 seconds, for your help center). Every month you also get a product demo for your biggest launch.
What do you need from us?
A demo account with realistic sample data, your logo, colors and fonts, and your release notes or changelog as you ship. We handle the rest. We can record in a demo or staging workspace, so no production access is needed.
How soon do we get our first video?
You see your first cut 3 business days after we have your demo account, brand assets and release notes. After that, each release's videos and each update are ready within 3 business days.
What if we don't like the first video?
You get a round of changes against the brief we agreed together. If it still isn't right, you don't pay and we part ways.
What if we ship every day?
We cover up to 4 new releases a month, which is a release every week. Smaller fixes don't need their own videos: if they change something on screen, we update the walkthrough it affects. If you routinely ship more than 4 releases worth showing, we'll suggest a plan that fits.
What happens when our UI changes?
Tell us what changed and we re-record the walkthroughs and demos it affects, usually within 3 business days. Up to 4 updates a month are included and don't use up your releases. If a redesign affects many videos, we'll quote a refresh for the whole library. Feature posts announce a moment, so they stay as they are.
Can we cancel?
Yes. It's month to month, and your videos are yours to keep.
