Foodservice sales is complicated. The video couldn't be.
First Bite brings prospecting, CRM, operator data, and outreach into one foodservice sales platform. We turned that range into a concise evergreen overview, then used the response to the video to help decide what the team should make next.

A lot of product, one short window to explain it.
First Bite helps food manufacturers find operators, identify the right contacts, run outreach, and manage the resulting opportunities. The value comes from how those pieces work together. That also made the product difficult to introduce without turning the video into a long feature tour.
The job was to give a new buyer a clear mental model quickly: what First Bite helps them do, how the workflow moves, and why it is better than piecing the process together manually.
We built the story around the buyer's motion.
Instead of recording a full product walkthrough, we simplified the interface into the moments that carried the story. Start with a large foodservice market. Narrow it to the right operators. Find the people behind those businesses. Turn that targeting into outreach.
Focused motion made the platform feel deep without making the explanation feel dense. We used fictionalized interface data, kept each screen readable, and showed the breadth of the filtering through movement rather than stopping to explain every option.

Clarity that held up in the feed.
First Bite put the overview to work in paid LinkedIn campaigns, where it delivered strong qualified-viewing signals at an efficient cost. The response validated the core creative direction and showed that a complex product story could still hold attention in the feed.
The performance also made the next opportunity clearer: a shorter cut designed to reach the product payoff faster. Instead of starting over, the team could use real audience behavior to refine a story that was already working.
