Hospitable is short-term rental software for Airbnb hosts. They wanted an emotional, real-feeling ad, not a polished SaaS spot. We made it entirely with AI, every image, every clip, and the voice, and built it to feel human.

An ad that had to feel real, for a brand that didn't want to look like an ad.
Hospitable helps short-term rental hosts run their properties without living on their phones. They came to us wanting the opposite of a typical SaaS spot. Warm, human, fly-on-the-wall, the kind of ad that makes hosts feel seen instead of sold to. The catch: they wanted it told as a story, and they wanted it to feel completely real.
We told it through a voicemail, and generated every frame with AI.
The story runs from a simple premise: a voicemail that pull you through a host's life and the moment it changes. To make it, we generated everything with AI, the images, the video, and the voice, then built a custom workflow to blend AI stills, AI footage of real-feeling people and homes, music, and subtle ambient sound.
The hard part wasn't generating it. It was making it feel real enough that you forget it was generated, so the emotion lands instead of the tech. To achieve this we created an entire world outside of the video. The characters and the home as the centerpiece.
One ad became a set they keep pulling from.
The concept landed right away. From there it turned into a set: a vertical cut, a wider one, and modular pieces the team can pull different assets out of. What started as a single ad became a flexible system they keep adapting, inside an ongoing partnership.
