The product explainer that became Workfully's marketing backbone.

A complex recruiting platform needed a video that felt modern and conceptual, not generic corporate. We made the one they now build everything else around.

The final video is exactly the clean, future-oriented asset we envisioned. It has already become a core part of our marketing across LinkedIn campaigns and landing pages, and we see it as the foundation for future product video content.

The VAAS team took the time to really understand our product and worked closely with us through multiple rounds of feedback on design frames, voiceover, music, and even a German subtitle version. They were incredibly responsive and collaborative throughout, even when we had very specific creative direction from our CEO.

A clear vision, a product that's hard to explain.

Workfully had a real point of view and a dense product. A B2B recruiting marketplace with a lot happening under the hood, and no easy way to show it without sounding like every other SaaS explainer.

They knew the feeling they wanted. They just couldn't produce it in-house.

Conceptual over corporate, on purpose.

Generic explainer was off the table from day one. We built a motion language and design system that carried the brand instead of just narrating features, then directed voiceover and music to match that tone end to end.

We shaped it to travel too. A German subtitle cut shipped alongside the original so the same asset could open the international market without a second production.

  • Full product explainer video

  • Design frames, voiceover, and music direction

  • German subtitle version for international market

  • Multiple rounds of creative collaboration with their leadership team

The video became the format Workfully now uses for every product marketing piece they make.

It's running across their LinkedIn campaigns and landing pages, and it's the base they cut shorter feature releases and localized versions from. One production turned into an asset library.
